There are frequently new projects taking place to expand or improve the Cornell Business and Technology Park. Current or recently completed construction projects at the Cornell Business and Technology Park include:

• The 33,460 square foot building located at 55 Brown Road is undergoing major renovations in preparation to house the Tompkins County Health Department in November, 2009.
• Construction of a brand new medical building was recently completed for Cayuga Medical Associates. The ribbon cutting took place on June 10, 2009.
